Trend trade hinge jig
A light duty hinge jig for routing 75mm hinge recesses in internal doors and linings.
Hard wearing template in 12mm laminate.
Two part, splits into two lengths with dovetail joint.
One set up for door and frame. No need to adjust for repeated doors.
Three pre-set apertures 6" down, 9" up and middle.
Adjustable for internal doors 15mm to 51mm thick with separate (plant on) stops.
Swivel end plate for 3mm gap to head of door.
Pin park in jig body.
Includes three 10mm diameter plastic pins with tapered shoulder for tight fit, two bradawls and 16mm guide bush. Unibase may be needed.
